[TechAssist] RCA CC030 video camera

Thats it. Found it. There is a 5V regulator inside a small can 1.
5" X .5" X .25". First I noted that there was no 5V comming out like
marked on ckt board. Jury rigged my own 5V regulator and the beast
fired up.
Took the can apart and found a small ckt board that is a 5V regulator.
Sure enough 10V 220uf cap was a dead short!
The can was soldered. Used soldering gun, moved tip up and down the
joint on each side while sucking away with my blue solder sucker.
Painful, but it worked.
