The fix on this TV was BB002 the screen cap had a leg touching the 175V
line. I couldn't get retrace by turning up the screen controls and could
hear ticking. I turned out the light and it showed me that the leg had eaten
the coating off a small spot on the 175V trace and was shorting to it.
