[TechAssist] RCA 27F530T ITC008 FCS need print

This set looks like bad CRT. Need pinout of CRT. Screen voltage is low with
neck board on, and goes up with it off. Turned up the picture flashes
sometimes and stays dark others. The voltage varies with the darkness. Has
anyone run into bad CRT's in these? Can hear ticking inside neck while it is
flashing. Whole manual would be great. Thanks.
