Not sure Jerry..but apparently not. Did the tests the Bob Waterman sent me. Said to remove the Gemstar, short out the base of a certain transistor, if vertical and horizontal deflection return, suspect Gemstar. Vertical and horizontal did, so I'm following instructions.
