[TechAssist] Quasar TT9909CE

Just started on an older Quasar Model TT9909CE Chassis ANEDC124.
I'm using Sam's 2326 it appears "close" to the same power supply.
Set turns on,horizontal frequency off.Testing found B+ at 169VDC would not
go any lower.
B+ adjustment is turned down all the way.
Just did some quick checks on Q501 (Horiz Drive)checked the 12V 31.4V
Any thoughts on this one?
