Fused relay contacts. Are you saying the pix is shifted or or are you seeing
a strong ghost?

One problem I found was wgen I turned the set off, the heaters stayed lit like
when the tv is on. I also found that on some stations I get a vertical black
bar on the left side of the screen. Are there any known issues with these tv.s
