[TechAssist] Proscan TV Model # PS27151 CTC169CE

TV came in dead, checked and found the HOT shorted and the main 5amp fuse
open, replaced the HOT and the fuse, now I have B+ on the collector of the
HOT but it still will not turn on. Any suggestions will be appreciated
