Dave,
If its the module im thinking.. There is a cap up and to the right of
the chip, its not marked on board... Cap goes between two jumpers, and this
can cause your problem.

I'm tying to find C2212, all my tips indicate c2212 as a problem for
horizontal / vertical distortion, won't program channels, but I cannot
