According to WinsTips 2.0 If has Bright raster w/ retrace and then shuts 
down:

-Open R58 22ohm On Crt Board And Cold Solder At R384 (Surface Mount On Main 
Board)

-If R58 Open, Check For Shorted  Ic50, Ic51 & Ic52  Pin 4 To Ground.

-Check R9 (22ohm) On Crt Panel

-R508 22 Ohm On Crt Module Open
