[TechAssist] Philips TV 25TS56 chassis 25F8 Yoke is buzzing, and convergence is bad.

Hi Members,
The yoke is buzzing, and the convergence is bad. Raster is stretched
slightly vertically, overscanned at the bottom by about 1 inch. Convergence
is the worst at the top, but, is bad from top to bottom.
Color is pure, and all other functions work normal. This set was replaced by
Philips with a newer model, under a service contract. They said I could keep
the TV. I don't want to sink the price of a new yoke into it, just to find
out it didn't solve the problem.
I think the yoke is bad, but would like to know if a vertical problem could
cause the yoke to buzz, and create these symptoms.
