I just fixed one like this. The 51 volt source resistor, 4.7 ohms, was open
that supplies voltage to pin 3 of the vert out ic. If you dont get a 5 volt
vert pulse getting back to pin 37 of the micro it will shut down
immediatelly.This pulse comes backwords from the 33 volt zener off pin 6 of
vert ic.I only had 14 volts at pin 3 on the vert ic.
