I'll bet big dollars you're installing a fuse NOT PURCHASED from Panasonic!

We had one in several months ago, kept blowing the fuse. Replaced with an
original from Panasonic and voila! Never saw it again. Time Delay
fuse.....that's why it fails at turn on, never while watching it.
