Slo-Blo is registared trade mark of Littlefuse inc, Time Delay is used
by Bussman Fuses.

A slo-blo (time delay fuse will operate at: 150% load for 60 min
                                            210% load " 2 min
                                            275% load " .6 to 10 sec
                                            400% load " .04 to .3 sec
                                           1000% load " .01 to .1 sec

My book didn't have blow times for fast acting fuses
