As the fellow sez---I think you hit the nail on the head Al. I checked to  
light stream from the prizm to the sides and there is hardly any light being  
emitted. The glue joint between what was left of the old lucite and the new  
piece is blocking it. I guess it is locate a new prizm which is NLA or use it 
as
