[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS20EX1 shutdown

Have this Mits that will shutdown when ever it feels like it and has to
be unplugged to try again. Both Winstips and techassist tip search
mention certain parts that should be checked out in the P.S. but either
one lists the parts or values. Has any fellow tech bumped into this
problem before or know the Mitsubishi parts they recommend to check.
