[TechAssist] Mitsubshi VS-60707

Techs,
I have a Mits projo that has a shutdow problem.
Here are the checks I've made without schematics:
1) I have about 125VDC at collector at turn.
2) I have burst of about 30KV at flyback output
3) I have all the voltages at turn before shutdown +24,+18,-24,+8, etc.
4) There was a slight leak on the vertical IC area that was cleaned
up and the vertical IC was replaced. There was no leak at the
signal board.
5) I've ESR'd alot of the lytics and found non bad.
6) I've replaced both convergence IC's
7) I've soldered all yoke pin connections
One thing that was observed when first plugged in...the power
LED blinked three times.
Any help would be appreciated. I would appreaciate a print of
power supply, drive circuits, and trouble codes, or any thing
that would correspond to the three blinks.
