The PIP module may be at fault. Remove it & install the parts on the bottom
of the board to verify.

"Vp" Plug From Pip Mod.Install .01 From Pin 7 To Pin 9 Install
4.7/35-50v;Pos.To Pin 5,Neg. To Pin 11

If your problem is then resolved....you can elect to repair the PIP board or
if the customer NEVER uses it...leave it bypassed.
