[TechAssist] Maggotbox PTV620 Blows HOT

Replaced Flyback and checked all surrounding diodes and resistors, Still blows
h.o.t. at startup. Pulled board out and returned to shop. Anyone seen this?
Checked all tips that I had but nothing found. Model# FP5230W104 Chassis#
PTV620.
