[TechAssist] Lead Poisoning (solder) - Concern for us techs??

Fellow Techs,
Most of us use 60/40 solder everyday on our repairs. How serious an issue is
this "lead poisoning" issue pertaining to us techs in the tv repair
business?
What are some of you fellow techs/shops using to extact the solder fumes??
