Thanks Greg, I am trying to decide whether to take to shop or not. It is under
warranty. If the plasma panel is bad it definitely will need shop work. Zenith
sent me a carton with about 10 boards in it. But due to lack of experience on
this set, I wanted to get what ever advice I could from the list. Paul

This set should be in warranty as it is a current model. The customer
has a phone# in their owners manual to call & Zenith will send parts as
necessary. If I remember right from tech training it could be a couple of
things. 1 a bad connection from the panels ribbon cable to board. 2 a bad
plasma panel. Greg

the problem yet. Not familiar with this set. Have to travel 85 to 90 mi. to
do this S/C. Would appreciate any heads up on this set. Have the service
manual and all the boards. Anyone seen this before? Paul
