Hi Paul, This set should be in warranty as it is a current model. The customer has a phone# in their owners manual to call & Zenith will send parts as necessary. If I remember right from tech training it could be a couple of things. 1 a bad connection from the panels ribbon cable to board. 2 a bad plasma panel.
