I use Corel Draw to make up all my blank invoices, customer claim checks, business cards, For Sale posters, etc. I think it could also be done with MS Word or MS Photo Draw, or WordPerfect, or Printshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. The thing is, it does take some time to learn most of these programs well enough to get your project to look the way you want it to.
