Jason,
Not all projos are a like...especially the RCA's.
We need to know model numbers...you know better.
If it's a PTK195-169, it's pretty simple. The newer ones I haven't done.
You need to prop up the CRT, remove the lens and cover for chamber, drain out
liquid.
Use the rubber gasket on the side to refill. This comes off with four screws.
Be sure this
rubber piece is not worn. Be careful tightening the screws back on as they are
easily
stripped. Don't not use a cordless driver.
The instructions are not in the manual because RCA wanted you to replace the
CRT.

Thanks for the replies guys.
It is for a RCA, I didn't see anything in the service info, maybe I
overlooked it as I don't look for that type of info often.
Bill - It is a service center, a new one man shop that used to work for a
large rental company but he never did the projos, until now. I refer retail
callers to my customers every day.
Dave, Jay - Thanks, I'll pass along the Philips info, it should be close
enough to work.
Thanks again guys!

Sincerely,

Jason Martin
