[TechAssist] Hitachi 51SWX20B / DP27 Chassis : Blue Image

Make : Hitachi
Model : 51SWX20B
Chassis : DP27
Problem : Customer states the picture is predominantly blue. Problem
occurred with no warning or pre symptoms. Customer also mentioned that this
happen a year ago under warranty except that time the pix went green.
Downloaded the manual , scheduled a service call for tomorrow , checked for
service bulletins.
Is this a common problem on this newer set?
