[TechAssist] Help with Sony KV27ts36, Blows q601& 602

This unit blows the voltage converter transistors Q601 and Q602 as well as the 
fuse resistor.  I have changed the H.O.T. and have soldered all components in 
the Horizontal section as well as in the Power supply section.  I have checked 
the VDR's and they all test open.  

Any help is appreciated.
