I read that tip and all others.... however my picture is not black, I can 
see color in the slightly negative *video that I do have, also the video has 
what appears to be no horiz/vert sync - NOW the PIP works and has a nice 
picture, OSD works, all the Audio works. I can watch TV thru the small PIP 
window just fine but the not on the main picture.

*(main picture looks just like the VCII Scrambled video on a C-band dish 
picture) (pretty good description of what it looks like).
