Hey Larry,

Yeah, your right about the Canon engine. I can't stand those things. I've
replaced more PS in these printers than anything else. Well, outside of a
normal PM.

HP 4 uses the Canon EX-EXII printer engine. I have sent you the Cleaning
procedure (private). Hope it helps.
