[TechAssist] Fix, Sony KV32fs100 will not turn on

Sony KV32FS100
Will not turn on.
Set would pulse and shut down.
Vertical IC shorted.
IC561, 875969671, aka stv9379
D530, shorted, 871997985
R536, open, 126028811, 1/2W .47ohms
Replaced micro, set would run, but no vertical.
Micro, IC001, 180116501, m306vme-109sp
Still no vertical pulses.
Jungle, ic301 pin 61, (data) very low amplitude.
Cause: Comb Filter IC302 pin16 data.
Desoldered pin 16, set came up with degraded picture.
Replaced IC301 670159701, aka tc90ab69n. Fixed.
