Dan, U7301 part # 215534 is probably your problem, on U7501 the op amp check 
pins
7,8,14 while channel is set to 2,3,4 etc. if always at 33 volts while changing
channels then
U7301 is your problem, you`ll notice if you go to channel 52,53.54 etc. the
voltage will change
hope this helps, should work for both chassis`s but check the part # for the
CTC175, the number
