We fixed all (3) sets we had with the "Snow below ch. 51" problem. Thanks to 
all for the helpful troubleshooting tips! (1) tech had a solder blob 
touching coil L7109 and smt resistor R147 near the sheild, after doing the 
TOB, and other (2) sets simply had bad U7301 stand-up IC CXA1594L in them, 
tech grabbed a replacement out of a scrap chassis (stock was out) and they 
must have "oddly" been bad also!
