We have (3) of these sets in our shop with this problem ((Only Snow Below 
Ch. 51))

Two are CTC187 Chassis's
One is a CTC175 Chassis

We have replaced the stand-up IC #215532 CXA1594L (used Original RCA New in 
bag) and checked the C7323 7pf cap and still have not fixed problem in any 
of them. I've seen a few sets come in lately with this problem. Anyone else 
have success after changing the stand-up IC and still having not fixed the 
problem? What other missed components fixed your problem after the IC?
