[TechAssist] Emerson VCR VCR4000 (fcc A7RM481A) erratic mech

May load a tape OK and play good. Hit eject and tape comes out OK but
can hear the motor still runnung awhile after. Other times if try to
insert a tape, may accept it partially, then eject it.
New mode switch installed, unit cleaned, timing "homed".
This assist for a tech-friend.
