[TechAssist] EKR338WR using MSC26A Tuner Control

Some one have anything on this MSC26A module for "Dead Set". If I pull the
J4 plug off the module.... set will come on.
This is a 14" set.....and really don't want to have to replace the MSC
module.
Chassis looks like CTC117 but could be CTC120..label missing.
