[TechAssist] Daewoo DTK 27 and 29 series Fix

HOT blown and usual transistors in the SMPS but the line fuse was not
blown in this one, but wouldn't work after all the normal parts were
relaced. Found a .33 ohm 1 Watt fusable located right beside the
switching supply transformer. First time I have seen this and didn't see
it listed in any tips on this set.
