[TechAssist] Chipper Check and Windows XP-Home ???

Has anyone had any experience with this combination
either good or bad??
I'm having to wipe my laptop 'puter for the second
time, apparently, because of the chipper check
program.
I finally tried my new desk top, (real pain to move
and hook up), and it won't work either.
It also has XP home.
Thomson and Sencore have been less than helpful.
