From my working unit: Base of the primary side transistor labeled Q28902......0.4VDC and about .9VP-P 22KHZ Sq wave, collector of same is 12.5VDC and 37.6VP-P 22KHZ. Ref to CR28904 anode. Scope across the secondary of the transformer there is 39.9VP-P the portion of the waveform that is above ground reference is 10V peak and would be a square wave if you disregard the negative going portion which is a 30V spike.
