[TechAssist] B&K CRT Tester/Rejuvenator set-up chart need it.

Hello guys !
I just bought my first CRT test/rejuvenator from Anatek Corp.(is used),I got
it for $145.00,I hope
I did a good deal,anyway I was reading the instructions included with the
machine and found out that they are talking about a set-up chart that I
assume I need it to know which adapter to use with an specific tube (I am
right?).Well the thing is that the chart is not included with this
machine.My question is:Does anyboby knows where I can get one of this? or do
I need more that one?
Sorry for my ignorance but is my first CRT tester and I am like a children
with a new toy LOL!.
Please any help on this is welcome and also I was just trying to check on
the CRT adapters included and did not found any that will fit in 2 diferent
Sony CRT that I have here in the shop.
Do I need an special adapter for Sony ?.
