Here's the way I'm seeing it. Someone correct me, please.

If you are receiving via antenna, you have the most to lose. After the 
cutoff date (we'll say 12/31/2006), You will have to have a converter 
box to be able to continue to use your analog television.

If you are receiving via satellite, You are OK, since the receiver 
output will remain the same.

If you are on cable, You MAY be able to still use your analog TV, since 
the cable system MAY have enough throughput to run both analog, and 
digital signals in the same system.

Well, how about it? how far off the beam am I?

BTW, I checked a month or 2 ago. A Samsung converter box was available 
on EBay for about $125. I'm thinking about it.
