Gary;I received an email from William Braell,who said there is a manf. in 
the UK[SEME]that sell semiconductors mark with there SEM logo,similiar to 
NTE/ECG.So a SEM2394 is the same as NTE/ECG 2394.Learn something new 
everyday in this business......
