[TCUG] Puffin Crossings - Costs

Here at Sheffield we are concerned about the very large amounts our direct
services people are charging us for the installation of puffin crossings and
other traffic signals installations. We would be very grateful if you could
let us know how much it would cost in your areas to install for example a
four pole puffin crossing on a single carriageway.
