NAR has a Jr level program as long as you are involved and you are welcome at our Tripoli club. He would basically pick out a level one rocket build it under your supervision and fly it for a NAR Jr level one. You can go to there website and read up and print the paperwork or I keep them on hand with me. Myself and Mark Canepa are both NAR L3 CC's. If you want to talk feel free to call me any time I am at the Roc launch now and will be at Fresno next weekend.
