Paul,

what size thread do you need? early ones are a 10x1.0mm thread, later are 
8x1.0mm. 

what is wrong with your originals? if the "square" part is good, you can 
replace just the actual zerk portion with a new 6x1.0mm fitting. 

new metric 90 degree fittings are available at just about any auto parts store 
i've been to. they usually come in packs of 5. new ones do not have the 
"square" base, they have a "round" base.
