With the little metal tag that is good till 2013 you do not need any stickers
on your windshield.

This tag apparently covers registration not inspection - I still need to get
that done every year, right? I thought it was inspection but I got it
backwards.... I think I can take the registration sticker off the windshield
(it's almost expired) now but instead I took the inspection sticker off.....
Duh........

I installed the plate with the sticker on it behind the plate at the top.
It's sandwiched between the plate and the mount, the same screw goes
through the little plate and the license plate.
