if it's about 2 inches it's for registration sticker for antique registration.

metal plate that is attached to the rear plate. What is this for? My inspection
is due this month but I forgot what the little plate covers. (Registration or
Inspection) it's good till 2013.
Anyone know? Eric, Ronnie I know you have them on your buses.
