Last year I said I'd work on an "order web page" for shirts. Yeah, right, we know how fast I finish stuff. What I HAVE done is create an order address. DO NOT reply to the list with your shirt order. That just overloads the list members who read email on their PDAs and scares off new members when we have a 200+ message day. So that Mark will know how many shirts are needed and what sizes send an email to gerald.psycoshirts@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx In the message put your FULL (first/last) name and the quantity and sizes of shirts you would like to buy (and special requests like a Pocket T [me and Dan]). Mark will automatically get a copy of messages sent to that address and I will too. Once or twice a day I will go through the messages and create a web page that has "First name, last *INITIAL*, sizes and quantities so everyone that asks for shirts can verify that their email was received without sending 15 emails asking Mark if he got their order. Graphic designers should probably just reply to the list with the final design/colors. I can add Steve (the new screen print guy) to the list of recipients if he wants or he can get info from the web page I will create. Gerald Once again: Address: (copy to new email) gerald.psycoshirts@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: (doesn't really matter) Body: First Name Last Name T-Shirt size/quantity requested (including special like Pocket-T) Gerald On Tue, 5 Jun 2007 13:36:58 -0700 (PDT) Mark Sawyer <mechmark@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > As previously stated, I will print the shirts or we have a new member to the TCB that does screen printing as well. Before I can begin to set a price for the shirts I have to know number of colors in the design, front and back or just 1 sided, sizes and quantities. I must have all the info by June 15th. > > > > > Mark Sawyer
