Denis:  One other comment about the headlights.  When you install the headlight
bucket there is a small round spacer about 10-12mm in length that goes between
the bucket tab and the body.  I think these things were  originally some sort
of alloy but I have made then out of clear pvc tubing.  They prevent you from
pulling the bucket into the body when tightening the screw.

Denis:  Not real sure of 2 seals you are talking about; but you have one rather
flat seal that goes between the body and the headlight bucket.  You wrap that
around the metal area of the headlight bucket in the body before you bolt in
the headlight assembly.  It seals between the body and the headlight ring.
There is only one other seal relative to headlights and it is a U shaped seal
that goes around the edge of the glass when you install the glass into the
headlight bucket.  Hope this helps.

Hey experts, on a '63 bus in the headlight assembly there is a then seal/gasket
that goes between the body and the chrome ring and another flat seal/gasket. I
think I know where the flat one goes, but I'm not sure. What is the answer?

The #*^#! e-brakes are down the list of stuff to do before Murray is road
ready, but I am going to stop my progress and put him on the lift tomorrow
morning, first thing. I am doing this now, out of order, is because I am having
complete strangers stopping me at the liquor store and asking me if I have put
in the #%*+! e-brake cables.

I am also going to use the lift as a press tomorrow to straighten my front
bumper. With the bus on the lift you can really bend and press the crap out of
stuff.
