Yes.  

And Sammie and Abe, he knows what he did.  But I fear giving his full name 
online.  I would only be speaking the truth but nothing would stop him from 
retaliating by perhaps making up stuff about me and spreading it around online. 
 There is no way to fight that.  And once online battles happen, they are 
pretty much there forever.  Privately I have tried to get my ladder back (I 
have even offered to pay the shipping if he returns it) or I have asked for the 
$200 so I could buy another one. He acknowledges that it is mine but apparently 
is okay with stealing.
