Yes, communication and scheduling were definitely messed up. The "no go"
message was never sent to the Park so they didn't know it was canceled and the
details ended up in the paper with our name attached to the event hence the
problem. John emailed early in the week and I volunteered to try and make it
all work. Fortunately many folks have stepped up to make sure that public
night and the park event will have TAS members available.
Bill Briggs is taking point on the Chamber's side with the help of several
others. I will be at public night with helpers as well.

I t hought we had made it plain to ray that we can not do two events and thus
the chamber’s bay deal was a no go. ! This was prompted by some individual
DEMANDING to have the club there. We should not be demanded to do anything;
Besides he was not offering payment for services rendered! I would forget it;
