Hi all.

Has anyone recently been able to get vodafone to pay for the price of
upgrading talks without having to take a phone into a store?

I have an N95 with talks on it that was supplied by Vodafone and have been
provided with an N85 recently.

Voda can I am told put the talks software onto a phone before they deliver
it to you but I did not realise they could do this online. now I have the
phone and want to get voda to payh for the upgrade.

Has anyone been able to do this recently? if so how did you do it and who
did you use to buy talks? I do not want to have to go to the vodafone shop,
give up my phone and send it away then have to go back to the shop and pick
it up again. that is seriously inconvenient especially as I already have
talks on the phone.

I have had no problems with staff who have been nothing but helpful. the
problem they have is that the website itself dealing with help for people
with disabilities is out of date. there is a phone line given to get help
with this but that just puts you back to sales so you can go round in
circles.

Cheers

Graham
