Well you have to press all the keys at once I think? Have you considered
setting it back to factory settings but then you might lose Talks.

Hash key and the following digits 7 7 8 0 and again followed by Hash.
then the phone will ask are you sure? Then you need to press YES SoftKey1
Then the phone may ask for Lock code.
If you have not changed it, it is 12345 followed by OK
SoftKey1.
Then the phone will beep and go quiet for a few minutes.
No personal data like contacts will be lost.

hello i have 4 questions of which maybe Ian or Eleanor may be able to
answer
1 when i go to the opening screen the one that says network and signal
strength i hear two voices
there is a setting somewhere to turn off the other voice can anyone
tell me where it is?
2 i have the handset menu set to list but for some reason i can only
use left and right navigation key and not the up and down keys
how would i change this?
3 there are a couple of ring tones that i like which is an amazement
for nokia tones
i cant find them in the gallery part of the menu
can anyone tell me where they are stored?
4 when i switch on the phone i get this thing saying call features
how would i turn that off?
